Krow Studio collects only the information needed to answer inquiries, operate the Studio, and research publicly visible business websites.
Information you send
The inquiry form collects your name, email, business name, optional website URL, and message. We use it to review your request and reply. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to automated marketing.
Abuse prevention
The form uses a timed, single-use verification challenge, a hidden bot field, and request-rate controls. A one-way hash of a short-lived network identifier is stored for these controls; raw IP addresses are not stored in the Krow Studio database.
Public business research
The private operator workspace may record public business websites, public activity URLs, visible contact routes, and factual website observations. Inferences are labeled separately from sourced facts. Krow Studio does not automatically send email, SMS, or direct messages from this system.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Data is processed through the infrastructure used to host Krow Studio and is retained only while it supports an inquiry, business relationship, compliance record, or legitimate operational need.
Your choices
To request access, correction, deletion, or a do-not-contact record, email hassan@getkrow.com. Opt-out and suppression records may be retained so the request continues to be honoured.
